Audrey E. Weinberger

Audrey E. Weinberger originally joined the firm as an associate in 2005, combining a law degree with her previous business and art degrees.  In 2011, Ms. Weinberger became Of Counsel to the firm.

Ms. Weinberger advises clients on a variety of corporate, intellectual property, real estate, domestic relations and litigation matters.  Her corporate practice includes assisting clients with the start-up of their businesses, including the drafting, negotiation and review of partnership, LLC and employment agreements.  She also advises clients on intellectual property matters, and assists with the development, research, evaluation, filing and monitoring of trademark applications from inception to registration with the United States Patent and Trademark Office.  Ms. Weinberger also represents corporate and individual clients in the purchase and/or sale of real estate, and represents individuals in connection with estate planning (wills and trusts), marriage planning (pre- and post-nuptial agreements) and separation and divorce.

In addition to her legal experience, Ms. Weinberger was an auditor with Arthur Young & Co. (now Ernst & Young), where she participated in all aspects of audits which required validation and analytical review of account balances, preparation of financial statements and tax returns, and review of market and development plans for a diverse range of industries.  Ms. Weinberger left accounting to pursue a Master’s Degree in Art Education at New York University.  Prior to graduating from NYU, Ms. Weinberger reentered the business world where she spent twelve years in advertising as the Director of Production and Financial Management for a large commercial fashion and still life photography studio.  Ms. Weinberger has found that her broad educational and business background has enabled her to better understand and effectively advise clients on a variety of business and legal matters.
