Representative matters:
- Represented several hedge funds in a $20 million litigation involving the breach of anti-dilution and price protection provisions in connection with a PIPE transaction.
- Counsel to private equity firm in connection with litigation concerning a $25 million investment in a failed telecommunications joint venture.
- Represented both claimants and several Fortune 100 financial services firms in litigations and arbitrations concerning alleged mishandling of client investment accounts.
- Represented multi-Grammy Award nominated member of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in breach of contract, copyright and trademark infringement lawsuit concerning the rights to artist’s sound recordings.
- Represented major global apparel brand in $25 million dispute concerning the rights and obligations with respect to the manufacturing, distribution and sale of licensed goods.
- Represented major real estate developer in defense of Title VII employment discrimination suit.
