Eric J. Vardi
Mr. Vardi’s practice focuses on business litigation, business formation, and the negotiation and drafting of commercial contracts, including employment contracts, purchase and sale, operating agreements, commercial licensing agreements and royalty agreements.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Vardi served as a Director of Operations for an international jewelry company during which time he realigned purchasing strategies, implemented multinational reporting methods, and secured fresh capital resources including both institutional financing and private equity investment. Mr. Vardi also has experience in general property management and a commanding knowledge of strategic mortgage defaults, residential foreclosures, and administrative property management.

- Counsel to national defense industry company in a multi-million dollar litigation alleging breach of non-compete and non-solicitation provisions.
- Counsel to financial services company in multi-million dollar litigation regarding fraudulent transfer of assets by company’s President.
- Counsel to major electronics retailer in multi-million dollar litigation involving alleged copyright infringement, breach of contract, defamation and misappropriation of trade secrets.
- Represent cooperative corporation in administrative and various association-related matters.
- Counsel to electric car manufacturer in multi-million dollar litigation alleging breach of contract and fraud.
