  • Counsel to private equity firm in connection with litigation concerning a $25 million investment in a failed telecommunications joint venture.
  • Represented both claimants and several Fortune 100 financial services firms in litigations and arbitrations concerning alleged mishandling of client investment accounts.
  • Represented multi-Grammy Award nominated member of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in breach of contract, copyright and trademark infringement lawsuit concerning the rights to artist’s sound recordings.
